North West Operations Manager (Community)

Street Soccer Academy is an FA Charter Standard Football Club, an Associate Member of the Manchester FA and a registered charity, with a track record of using football and fitness programmes to help facilitate positive change in the lives of individuals with complex and multiple needs
We are recruiting for the position of North West Operations Manager (Community), to oversee the work of our regional centres and the wrap around support we provide for our service users. This is a dynamic initiative and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to be part of a working model that will provide opportunity for personal development.
Ideally applicants should have a minimum FA Level 2 qualification in Coaching Football and experience of working in both community and custody-based environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordination and delivery of the SSA Coach Education & Personal Development Programmes
- Liaising with referral agencies regarding service user welfare and programme referrals
- Provide support to assist service users integrate into community
- Co-ordinating scheduled support appraisals with all service users
- Maintaining database records and producing ongoing reports for stakeholders
- Representing SSA in internal & external meetings, fundraising & publicity events

Hours: 35 hours/week
Salary: £20-28,000 per annum
